EFTPOS FACILITIES AVAILABLE

A $50 (Non-Refundable) deposit is required to secure your party and can be made either in person or by EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD. Credit Card Telephone facilities are available to assist on confirming your booking.

Bookings can only be held for 7 days without a deposit. 

If a deposit is not paid, you may lose your booking.

Confirmation of number of children is required no later than 3 days prior to day of the party.

The number of guests confirmed will be catered for and therefore MUST BE PAID FOR, regardless of “no shows” on the day.

• Party Time is for two hours.
• Minimum number of children is eight.
• You may bring your own cake, or you can arrange for a cake to be delivered. We can supply an Ice Cream cake for you for $20
• NO OTHER FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE CAFÉ, except for baby food.
• You are welcome to bring your own party hats, plates and cups if you have a particular theme. Naturally, we will supply plates and cups for the party as part of the package.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times. Children and their behaviour is your responsibility whilst attending the café.
• There is no food, drink or confectionary allowed inside any play areas.
• Siblings to party guests who wish to enter for the party time, can enter the café at a special price of (2-10years) $8.10 each or (12mths-24mths) $5.40 each. Food and drinks are not included in this special.
• A table will be reserved in the café for the number of children attending the party, and we also provide a table for adults.
• Bring a guest list with all the participating children’s names and leave with staff at the front counter. This will enable us to mark guests off as they are arriving.
• Children arrive at the designated time. Ensure all children playing in play areas remove their shoes and everybody entering play areas MUST WEAR SOCKS. Adults also need to remove shoes and should wear socks if entering play areas TO SUPERVISE SMALLER CHILDREN. Approximately one hour after arriving, we will bring out the food platters, for you to serve to the children.

The children can continue to play for the remainder of the party time of two hours.
