Conditions of entry

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. It is unlawful to leave a child unattended within these premises, and we are required by law to contact the Police and Child Welfare Agencies if a child is abandoned in our centre.

• No toys, lollies, food or drinks is to be taken into the play areas.

• Shoes must be removed, and socks must be worn by children and parents entering the play areas. This action is for health and hygiene safety and to minimise friction burns when using the equipment.

• No food or drink is to be brought into these premises as we are a fully serviced cafe, and can adequately cater for your requirements.

• Parents cannot use the slippery slides, or enter the over-hanging bubble at the front of the gym. Adults, and children over 8 years of are are not permitted to enter, sit on, or jump on the jumping castle.

• The fenced toddler area is restricted to infants under 30 months. Older siblings must not enter this area for the safety of younger kids. Parents are welcome to join their child in the enclosure. Please ensure you do not allow older children into this area!

• Children are actively discouraged from running or playing “chasey” through the table area, for fear of causing injury to themselves or other children.

• No pass-outs or refunds are available if you change your mind and leave the premises early, for any reason whatsoever.

• Complimentary entry passes can be used on any trading day.

• A $10 surcharge is payable if you wish to bring a cake to privately celebrate an occasion. We will provide plates and spoons as well as cleaning , for this charge. This fee is waived for those attending one of our structured birthday parties.

• This play area is absolutely restricted to children 10 years of age and younger. The jumping castle is for children 2 to 8 years, and the play gym is for children 2 to 10 years. These age restrictions must be enforced for the safety of younger children.
